Make an order

To place an order on our website, you just have to choose the products you want, add them to your shopping cart and place the order.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice directly to your email and you will be able to choose your payment method below.

We accept credit cards and PayPal as secure payment methods for our customers.

If they wish, our customers can also pay by bank transfer, money transfer or cryptocurrency, and will receive a 10% discount on large orders when using these payment methods.

There are no limits to how much you can order at one time, however there may be restrictions on importing those specific products in bulk.

The delivery process

Your order is processed for delivery after successful payment. A tracking code will then be provided to you within 2-5 business days.

On average, shipments to Spain arrive within a period of 10 business days, although if delays occur due to the inefficiency of the postal service, customs clearance, international transit, world news, etc., this may cause some packages arrive in 10-17 business days.

Shipments are made from different locations to ensure maximum discretion and the best possibility of arrival.

Orders that are too large to fit into one of our packages will be separated into the appropriate number of smaller packages. However, you will only have to pay one shipping and handling fee, regardless of the total size of your order.

Problems with your delivery

There is a very small chance that your products will be seized by customs. If this happens, we offer you a new delivery or a credit towards new purchases on our site, even if the products are confiscated.

If you have received your order, but there is a problem with it, please notify us as soon as possible by sending a message using the form below.

We will contact you regarding the issue and may ask you to send us a photo of everything you received, including the packaging labels. This will help us figure out the reason for your problem and how to avoid the same problem in the future.

Consequently, we can offer you the return of the lost items, a partial refund, a credit towards a future purchase or a discount coupon as compensation.
