Place an order

To place an order on our website, simply choose the products you want, add them to your shopping cart, and place your order.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice directly in your email and you can choose your payment method below.

We accept credit cards and PayPal as secure payment methods for our customers.

If they wish, our customers can also pay by bank transfer, money transfer or cryptocurrency, and will receive a 10% discount on large orders when using these payment methods.

There are no limits on the quantity you can order at one time; however, there may be restrictions on importing those specific products wholesale.

The delivery process

Your order is being processed for delivery after successful payment. You will then be provided with a tracking code within 2 to 5 business days.

On average, shipments to Spain arrive within 10 business days, although if delays occur due to postal service inefficiency, customs clearance, international transit, current world events, etc., this may cause some packages to arrive in 10-17 business days.

Shipments are made from different locations to ensure maximum discretion and the best chance of arrival.

Orders that are too large to fit in one of our packages will be split into the appropriate number of smaller packages. However, you will only have to pay one shipping and handling fee, regardless of the total size of your order.

Problems with your delivery

There is a very small chance that your products may be confiscated by customs. If this happens, we offer you a new delivery or a credit for future purchases on our site, even if the products are confiscated.

If you have received your order, but there is a problem with it, please notify us as soon as possible by sending a message through the form below.

We will contact you regarding the issue and may ask you to send us a photo of everything you received, including the packaging labels. This will help us determine the cause of the problem and how to prevent it from happening again.

Therefore, we can offer you a return of the lost items, a partial refund, a credit for a future purchase, or a discount coupon as compensation.
